Understanding exactly what data Kopimore collects — and equally importantly, what it doesn't — is essential for accurate compliance documentation and for answering questions from customers or legal teams.
Session data: Pages visited, session duration, page sequence, referrer URL, UTM parameters, timestamp. This is the behavioral data that powers intent analysis.
Technical identifiers: IP address (used for company identification, not stored as a personal identifier), browser type and version (user agent string), screen resolution, timezone.
Company-level attributes: After IP-to-company resolution: company name, company domain, industry classification, employee count range, revenue range estimate, company location, and technology stack detection. This is derived data from third-party databases, not collected directly from the visitor.
Kopimore does not: capture keystrokes or form field content (no password or credit card harvesting), record screen sessions or video, collect individual user identifiers (no user-level cookie tracking across sessions by default), capture email addresses from page content, or access any data that isn't generated by the visitor's session on your website.
Raw IP addresses are processed for company resolution and are not retained as part of the permanent record. Session data is retained for the period defined in your Kopimore account settings (default: 365 days). Company-level enriched data is retained until deleted.
