Kopimore is built on a foundation of responsible data use, technical security, and regulatory compliance. Here's exactly how we protect your business and your visitors.
Kopimore identifies anonymous website visitors using legally sourced consumer data. We do not plant cookies, do not track users across unrelated websites, and do not sell your visitors' data to third parties. Our data sourcing complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws including TCPA, CCPA, and FCRA where applicable.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. Visitor profile data is encrypted at the field level in our database.
Hosted on AWS with enterprise-grade infrastructure. VPC isolation, private subnets, and network access control lists limit exposure to the public internet.
Role-based access control (RBAC) with principle of least privilege. All internal access to production systems is logged and requires MFA authentication.
Complete audit trail of all data access, modifications, and exports within your account. Enterprise plans include access to full system-level audit logs.
Visitor data is retained for 90 days by default. You can delete individual records or request full account deletion at any time from your dashboard settings.
We do not sell, share, or license your identified visitor data to any third party. Your leads are yours — we have no commercial interest in them beyond delivering them to you.
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act governs outreach to consumer phone numbers. Kopimore data is sourced in compliance with TCPA requirements. We provide only landline and mobile numbers from our licensed data partners.
You remain responsible for your own outreach compliance — including obtaining proper consent before sending marketing texts or making auto-dialed calls. See our Compliance page for detailed guidance.
Kopimore operates in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws. California residents may submit opt-out requests directly to us.
Our data originates from public records, opt-in datasets, and licensed third-party data partners who maintain their own compliance programs.
Our team can provide documentation, DPAs, and security questionnaire responses for enterprise procurement.
