Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

Kopimore's Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring paying customers to Kopimore's Visitor Intelligence Platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have a valid website, newsletter, or social media presence relevant to B2B sales, marketing, or SaaS; (c) receive written approval from Kopimore. We reserve the right to decline any application.

3. Commission Structure

Approved Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on all paid subscriptions generated through your unique referral link, paid monthly for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription.

4. Cookie & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie. Last-click attribution is used when multiple affiliates refer the same customer.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for the prior month's verified earnings. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payments are made via PayPal or ACH bank transfer.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not: bid on Kopimore branded keywords in paid search; use spam or misleading advertising; offer cash rebates to referrals; misrepresent Kopimore's products; or use coupon sites without prior written approval.

7. Termination

Kopimore may modify commission rates or terminate the Program with 30 days' notice. We may terminate participation immediately for violations. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid within 60 days of termination.
